    Cheap Truck Challenge @ Gorman OHV 9.24.5

    Whats up, I was wondering if any MJR members are going to Gorman for Petersons 4wheel Cheap Truck Challenge this weekend 9-24-05.
    Ill be there in my YJ getting retarded and will hopfully get in the magazine. Will probably be camping there on sat night. We should get a MJR group together, should be fun.

      Man if my front axles were ready I'd be there but my stuff is all taken apart right now and won't be ready by the weekend. I'd probably get 2nd place

        I might be down to cruise... only 3 hours or so away. Supe if your shit isn't working you can tag along with me.

            As long as I don't have to work I will be there. looks like it is only about 70 miles from me.

                Got there early saturday morning. Went to the Corva Southern Jamboree for a couple hours. Played around on the "ugly obstacle course" and did the articulation ramp competition. We then went over and played around on the practice area. There were a lot of sweet rigs runnning around. Finally saw the 4 wheeler magazines guys, but it looks like you won't be seeing my Jeep in the magazine. They left on a trail run soon after we arrived. I then decided to let my girlfriend drive my Jeep for the first time. She handled it pretty good other than slamming the diff on a rock in the sluice box. Went back to the Corva event and had dinner. They had alot of items in their raffle, including some jeep stuff. I wound up winning a remote control H3. I also got the second place trophy on the ramp contest with a score of 1141. We had a great time and made some new friends. It was worth the trip. some more pics are in my gallery.

                    Nice pics, I actually dident make it because my D44 Rebuild wasent done yet. Looks like I missed a great time
