  • Big Bear's Gold Mountain, John Bull and Holcomb Creek

We headed up to Big Bear over the Labor day weekend. After a years absence from the Big Bear Backcountry. It was nice to visit familiar places. The day was spectacular, blue skies with perfect tempetures. Along for the ride was Alex (Grand marshall) Danny his co pilot, Sandy Stockers Rules, Larry aka Rubihoo, Bud Ponds, WLD and JDSmiling. It was interesting to see how last winters storms had effected the conditions of the trails.
Also added to the albums are pictures from the Pro Rock Event in Cougar Canyon located in Johnson Valley. I would rrecommend every Offroader attend at least one of these events to see the kind of driving techniques and technologies the Pro's use. Also just as importantly as you see some of the vehicles roll over, the type of safety gear they have incorporated on their vehicles.
