      I like the editors note! Very nice!

      You should consider adding a note about filtering (or boiling) water from streams/rivers before use, and that camping should not be within 200 yards of a water source (some states/nat. forests require greater distances)--obviously established campgrounds are acceptable, but when "primitive camping", it is a no-no. Likewise with washing dishes in streams, rivers or lakes.

      Overall a very good artical!

        Thanks guys for your input. We'll be taking some coordinating photos at TDS next weekend to add. Goodtimes, I'm planning on doing a "Responsible Backcountry Offroading" article that would cover topics like those, and I'll be sure to add your info, thanks! and then linking them all together. Maybe I can start a thread and get everyone's input. Hmm.
