I decided to take off for a couple of days and head to the Bishop area for some nature therapy. Took the rods and the camera, not really having a plan. There is still snow on the high peaks, and the glacier that feeds Lake Sabina is the biggest I've seen it in many years. Lundy lake is full again. I was there a few months ago and it was very low. So good to see that. Didn't catch any fish, but really didn't try very much. Just kickin it from place to place. Visited the Hot creek area, and found a perfect example of why these wonderful places get shut down. A family from Europe had climbed through a hole in the fence and walked down to the hot springs with thier kids. Remember the dumbass that just died doing that at Yellowstone? I tried to talk to them but they pulled the "no sprekenzie" card. Dicks...
Anyway, the Sierra Nevada never disappoints, and I came back home refreshed and ready to kick some fabricating ass
Enjoy the awesomeness...
