Sounds like a good day, won't be able to make it (not much off-roading for me until August)

                Hi Roger,

I was going to do scheduled maintenance on my Jeep this weekend but I haven't been up to Heartbreak Ridge in a long time. I hope my Jeep won't mind a few extra miles before the servicing😀

I'll check in on the Lucerne repeater and on Ch 6
If you don't like the way I drive, stay out of the bushes!

funny story. I was going to try to just show up for this one. then the trans in my hemi JK got stuck in limp mode. I ordered the part and planned to just show up in my scrambler...except the day before I popped a hub in the CJ. My daughter is out of town so I briefly thought of taking her TJ (4" lift and 33's).. but I couldn't stand the thought of having 3 broken jeeps at the same time.
                      next time....
It's not what you have. it's what you do with what you have.

Sure thing! I'm actually thinking of a fall trip to Japanese Camp, a little farther south from Rattlesnake Cyn.

Roger, is Japanese Camp referring to an internment camp? My DW has read about one that used to be near Cal State San Bernardino.
