Okay, there's been a lot of discussion about a night run. So, if you are interested here's the info:
Date: 8/30/2014
Meeting location: Valero Station in Lucerne Valley
Time: 7:30 PM
It may be cold at the higher elevation so bring appropriate clothing just in case.
Trail: We will head up Hwy 18 to Jacoby Cyn trail (3N61) and travel to 3N16 and follow it all the way across the mountain to 3N16. We'll head out 3N14 to 4N16. We'll follow it down Grapevine Canyon to Hwy 18. This will take about 3 or 31/3 hours. We will stop along the trail near Big Pine Flat Campground for a trail side meal, so pack some food! There's a restroom at the campground for your convenience.
