    will be leaving early am on saturday, setup some resemblance of a camp, wheel the rest of the day and sunday, then split sunday afternoon

    no more details then this really, other then a hopeful arrival time to come. prolly leave anaheim around 6.
    If it works, it's time to try something new

    This would be good timing for me, I hope I can make this run to test out the new RE LA suspension I'm installing the first of Sept. More rumors about LCIR wanting to shut down to 4x4 activities... again.... let's hope not!

      Jerry! I hope you can make it. You'd be surprised at what my little old white jeep looks like now i'm sure you're going to enjoy that RE LA suspension..I wheel with a guy who's got it and it performs awesome.

        bah, i won't be able to lead this run. there's an OHV training day that weekend that i need to go to. i'll move it back a week i think.

              That's what we have been told by the people at the gate. They are closing to re-do the campsites and bathrooms and supposedly re-opening as a horse only camp ground. A friend of mine spoke with the lcir people and he is still trying to find out more info.

                a recent (09/06) post at pirate that they do allow people at a cost of around 10bucks for each rig! THough it could be a complete close now!

                  Last we heard, Labor Day weekend was the last day they were open for four wheelers. $10 ea is a steal! I think we usually paid $15 or $18 ea. Something sounds fishy.
