SOL on heading to the rally, work is mandatory all next week. Can't it be optional? I was just gone for two weeks I can't work 2 full weeks following that without a break, I need to ease back in to these things!

Best of luck, hopefully there is a big turn out! I'd still like to buy an AR-15 when the demand/price gets back to a reasonable range.

The trip was great. the rally was energetic, but I was disappointed that there were only about 350 people there. I was interviewed by Capital NPR Radio.

Clearly that is a ROCK Island Armory 1911 Mailbox.

I was glad I went but disappointed more did not. Looks like there are alot of talkers but not many doers in this country anymore. Sad.

And Mike, you're right about the Rock Island 1911, but I hear that too will be banned. Besides, the ammo is too heavy to carry...

We have the same issue with land use. The JV petition only got about 28,000 signatures. I was sure hoping it would get to 100,000.

yep. I'm pretty disgusted with the off road and gun owner communities. Complacency SUCKS!

We were out in Stoddard Valley this weekend. The guy from ABATE came into our camp (Nick). Talked quite a bit about our land use issues. He said SB County wants to basically close down Barstow within the next ten years or so. He is a passionate guy, but with that kind of talk.......
