Sorry but you are incorrect! It is California legal with a gun trust and Federal Tax Stamp. This is not our first AOW shot gun.

You set it up with a lawyer and he writes up the trust with the gun owner and the beneficiary that will take possession and responsibility.

Then you apply for your Federal tax stamp. Once that comes in you have to fill out the California papers and wait 10 days.
