Trail Report: 6/20/2012

I got a call last week from Brian - ECVJeep. He asked me to assist him in pre-running a trail for an upcoming E.Clampus Vitus event. I agreed and we met yesterday morning at the entrance to Lobo-Oso Group camp on Hwy 38 near Barton flats. Two of his friends joined us, Bob and I can't recall the other guys name.

Basicly we ran Clark's Grade, 2N10, Radford trail and 1N04. The trails were easy and the FS just completed regrading of Radford removing all the rocks and off-camber sections. Took all the fun out of it.

Anyway, the weather was beautiful and although there was zero challenge, it was great to get out of the desert and enjoy the San Bernardino National Forest.

Thanks Roger. ALways a pleasure to spend a day on the trails with you. Like you said the trails were very easy but the scenary was stunning!
