First off thanks to all of you for the great info and reviews, makes finding new places or old places (been 10+ years since I was in SoCal last) quite easy.
So I have been in 29 stumps for a few months now and have done alot of local exploring (Old Dale, Joshua tree, Johnson Valley) not only aired down in 4lo but also on foot. Been alot of fun and seen lots and now that I have an appropriate amount of creosote scratches on the truck it time to get some more manzanita scratches. I was wondering if you all had any recommendations on good trails in Big Bear for a Dodge ram quadcab? I am an experienced wheeler and last week did rattlesnake canyon, 2n61y, 2n01, 2n04, 2n10 to YP28 for a chilly night. then 1n54, 1n04 lunch on the river then back around to burns canyon and home. had a great time. rattlesnake and 2n61y are about the perfect level for the big truck, fun but not extreme (it is a tow rig after all) looking forward to exploring the north side next time. Would love to link up with some of you but i work a weird schedule (3 days on 3 days off, 14 hour night shifts) so my weekends end up mid week alot.
Thanks,
trying to post some pics, not sure if this is right
