Trail Run: Cleghorn put put run, this Saturday afternoon

Friend from work wants to try out his CJ7 so of to Cleghorn we go this Saturday afternoon 2pm under the bridge of the 15 fwy

It's going to come out of the garage on some 40's? It's tough keeping up with your buddies isn't it?

I'll be coming back from Edwards AFB with my son and daughter-in-law for a short visit. I haven't done Cleghorn in a while, but I'll have to wait for the next run up there with the knuckle head crew

Well ya missed out ole man, it was fun. Of course had to fix my buddy's heep first, it spit coolant at him and gave him a few somewhat
painfull burns. Once I got the fan working and some water poured in the radiator, we could air down and do some putting about.
His ole CJ did pretty darn good, the ole beast flexed pretty good for something on horse drawn wagon springs.
We met only a few other Jeepers and had a royal good time blowing through the trail. I got to to try out my grooved and trashed Krawlers that I bought for a song and am happy with those.

You sure that's a CJ?? The gas filler is on the wrong side & CJ's have 1/2 round rear wheel wells. The front pumpkin is on the correct side for a CJ though :dunno:

Nice pics Art! I wish that I could have made it. I'm still trying to repair the damage to Mr. Green from the Fordyce run. Hopefully, I'll be up for a run with you soon! Did your buddy get any pics of you? Did you run the Beast or your Yellow toy?

The beast, I b ought some used 37" krawlers for the Hummer rims that I got for it so I can do some street driving and put put trails with it.
No pics of me, got tons of Cleghorn pics as it is
