Trail Run: Nov 11, 2011 4th Annual Honor the Veteran's Veteran's Day Run

Here we go! It's time again for the Veteran's Day Run! It's open to Vet's and Vet supporters! We always manage to have a great time! So if you have that Friday off, come join us!

Meeting time: 9:00 AM
Meeting Location: Valero Station, in the center of Lucerne Valley
CB/Ham: Ch 04 - 146.550

This year, weather permitting, we will be running up Rattlesnake Cyn and as time permits, we'll run Heartbreak Ridge and then through Catcus Flats. We'll stop at a couple of mines to check out.

This run would be okay for Stock Jeeps. We will make sure you get through if there are any spots a little rough! Rattlesnake Cyn changes everytime it rains, so it should be fun.

Bring your lunch, extra water, and be sure you have a recovery point on the front and rear of your Jeep.

Hump & Bump is the weekend before and I am going, so if I don't break my junk there I will see you at the Valero Roger. Haven't run Rattlesnarke in a long time. Should be fun!

BUT, have a G'kid b/day that same day, and her Father(our Son)is a Army Ranger(1st bn/75th Reg)with 5 tours to A'stan.
IF, they don't have a party that day and Barbara doesn't have to work........

Please note that if you want to trailer or flat tow your Jeep, the Valero station has a big back lot and welcomes MJR member to park there.

Also plan on topping off your fuel there because we won't be near another gas station all day.
