West of the 15 and north of the 138 up to the 58 has been designated shotgun only for years. Please let us know if that has changed. Manzanita flats used to have one nice shooting lane, but you have to know from the USFS if shooting is open that day - and you need to be in place early. Since Charley Brown is in office, it looks like the last good shooting place in Kalifornia is Oregon, Nevada or Arizona.

Chris I hope that this is true, but it does go against all privious published shooting rules on all BLM lands.

SBNF has some shooting areas. There's an area on 3N16 with a few sites. 2N01 & 2N93 (Best access for 2N93 is coming in from the southern end). I know there are others, but here's a few.SBCO Fire Dept. CERT volunteer
