Trail Discussion: Pancake Rock

Anyone ever do this trail? It's near Jamul (San Diego ) and now that I'm a SD resident I am curious about local (somewhat) spots to hit up. I've done some internet searching and it seems pretty tough. Much like Bronco Peak or Los Coyotes but I can't seem to get good directions to the trail head.

Search on the justruns forum, they are Sam Diego based and have a bunch of trail directions and what not.
Or ask some of the guys in the San Diego section of the jeep forum.

pancake closed as of this writing.... sad. padlocks on barrett camp side and private access only on the other side. went for a hike instead boooooooooo
