• Organized Event: 31st Annual Hump-N-Bump November 4th - 5th 2011 Logandale Nevada - Near Las Vegas

The Vegas Valley Four Wheelers and associated clubs would like to invite everyone to the 31st Annual Hump-N-Bump on November 4th and 5th, 2011. The event is based out of the Clark County Fairgrounds about an hour east of Las Vegas. The HNB is held on the Friday and Saturday at the tail end of the SEMA show so many with a pass can make a week of fun out of it. This year, after our great trails we are teaming up with the Logandale Volunteer Fire Department for the Friday evening entertainment with their first annual Arena Off-road Challenge (4X4 obstacles and skills rodeo).

On Saturday, when everyone is back from a day of adventure, please meet our sponsors and view their products in our vendor area. Later, we will once again have the best event BBQ dinner in the west catered by award winning John Mulls Roadkill Grill. After dinner will be the kids raffle and then our huge main event raffle. Last year we had nearly $38,000 in prizes donated by our great sponsors. The largest portion of the proceeds from our event go to support our local trails and our land use causes which include Nevada based-Partners in Conservation, The Blue Ribbon Coalition and Tread Lightly.

Besides our raffle the Logandale fire department is raffleing off a new Polaris Razor side-by-side ($11,000.00 value) to raise funds for needed equipment to support the Logandale trail system and local Logandale Overton community.

When you register you will receive a 2-day vehicle registration, one raffle ticket for the Polaris Razor, 5-tickets for our huge raffle, 1-BBQ dinner ticket, 1-HNB event shirt and more is included with each paid registration. We offer trails from scenic trail rides to level 4 of 5 challenge in some of the most beautyful country in the west. We have lots of RV spots with partial hookups available, Acres of lush lawn under mature shade trees and perfect temperatures in the 70's and 80's. If you don't want to pitch a tent then motels and hotel casinos are not far away.

Come join us for a great time.
For more information please go to our web site WWW.VV4W.ORG or check out the Hump-N-Bump event page on Facebook. Registration for our two day event is $100

Last year one of our participants produced this YouTube video at the HNB. Check it out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cx75medxePA

At Your Leisure television program covered our event last year. Here is some of what their episode included. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byorAUKH0qY

We are glad you guys are planning on coming again and we are glad you had a great time last year. The car crush was over the top and a big hit last year but we want to keep it fresh and the Arena Off-road challenge is going to be great fun. We wanted to come up with an after-trails event for Friday that anybody with a stock 4X4 could participate in. I think we will have some tough man mad obstacles like huge hydro conduit and pipe for the buggies but we also want it to be a course and challenge that someone with a stock Jeep would have a great time with. Everybody can play and choose to not be in too much risk of being knocked out of being able to hit the trails on Saturday. The event is still in the early planning stages but imagine wearing a blindfold and having your co-pilot guide you up and over an off camber obstacle course. Seems to me it would take on a whole new perspective and challenge and may even test your relationship with your wife especially if she is driving. Sometime during the event the winner, (hopefully me) will be drawn for the new Polaris Razor. I've wanted one for some time now but the $11,000 price tag is out of my current budget. Although the Logandale Volunteer Fire Department is putting this event on our club is helping out where ever we can. If anyone has an idea for a fun event for the Arena Off-road challenge please post it up. This is the first one so any suggestions would really be appreciated.

I reconfirmed with John Mull's Road Kill Grill on the food and menu yesterday. We are happy you are coming back this year.

I'm pleased to say that we will be serving the same food and at the same price as last year. It was one of the most praised changes we made to the event last year and everybody loved their food and how much they served you.

Just to get everybody licking their lips here is what we are serving up for our main event dinner.

BBQ Pork Ribs with award winning sauce
Smoked Beef Brisket
BBQ Chicken
Smoked Hot Links
Hamburgers (kids menu)

Potato Salad
Macaroni Salad
Baked Beans
Macaroni and Cheese

Tossed Green Salad
Grape tomatoes
Sliced Red Onion
Cucumbers
Shredded Cheese
Croutons
Dressings - ( Ranch, Thousand Island and Italian)

Dinner Rolls
Hoagie Rolls

Peach Cobbler
French Vanilla Ice Cream

Soda
Water

The dinner menu alone and raves from last year is sure to bring us a few new people to the Hump-N-Bump for our 31st year.

I'm planning to be there again! The event rocks! The area is beautiful. The folks that run it are awesome and the raffle is packed with goodies. Both times that I have been I have made new friends. All this and only 4 hours from home....

Hey Jeff we can probably bring a RTI ramp for bragging rights from all that goes this year. I know you have a couple of nice spots for us on the grass right!

We already have your spots from last year staked out with crime scene tape. Don't forget your extension cord this time. The RTI ramp would be cool. Let me know if you have any luck with the teeter/totter thing. We are looking for things / challenges for the Arena Off-Road Challenge put on by the Logandale Volunteer Fire Department.

I'm in for this year. Not sure of what point I will be at in my build but I will have it back together and be there for sure; last year looked like an awesome time.

We have 60+ RV spots of different sizes. Some of our sponsors and participants have some pretty big rigs and the biggest & easiest to get into spots go fast so when registration opens up don't hesitate to contact the RV parking coordinator.

Many RV spots have Power and Water. None have sewer. Some of the spots have only power. The Fairgrounds would not budge on their charges to us. Tent and car camping (sleeping in your vehicle) is $10 per night and RV Parking is $20 per night.

Some of our sponsor levels include Registrations, RV parking, Dinner and more. Valued sponsors like New2Image don't need to reach for their wallets at the event unless they want to buy a pile of raffle tickets.

And donate that pile to MJR members!

Gonna try and make it this year. I went in 2005 when my friend Kelly Payne was president of that club and had a blast to say the least. Great trails, great raffle and food and fun.
