It's important to put in comments related to specifics so they can be addressed in the EIS. We need to keep all the land we have, I'm tired of loosing!

Place a call to the congressional leaders, and let them know you are opposed to the military taking JV. It only takes couple minutes and is more effective than e-mails. They do pay attention to the phone calls.
