    Trail Run: Dome Springs BC109

    Going to stretch out the new lift on Jay Cs XJ and play with the Grands new lift also out there.
    Open to all and bringing the Weiners for wheelers BBQ
    I will provide the heat you bring the
    Bring chairs, a great attitude and lets have some fun!
    We will be meeting at the Ojai McDonalds at 800am and head out by 830am we will be at the Dome Springs campground by 1015am CB Channel 25 is the number
    Those coming from the 5 Flying J by 900am trail head by 1015 also

      Wow too bad its like a 6 hour trek for me....I would love to go, but I sold my tow rig and I have to drive the Jeep to the trails now.

        Thanks for the responce Ricky we do have a nice group going as of now and I know what you mean about selling the tow rig, I sold mine too! we will be heading to Vegas soon we need to get together.

            Sorry for the delay been super crazy!
            Yup took the Grand down to the riverbottom wheeled a little but felt good , waiting on some skids and other stuff.
            Well we had 6 total rigs
            JC s XJ
            Danny XJ (DS autoworks)
            XM racer TJ
            Jesse YJ
            Bob TJ
            and my Grand

            meet at McDs at 8am and drove up to the trail head at the trailhead by 10am
            Good bunch most from JCs facebook friends and mostly newbies but all great bunch of guys.
            we headed to our normal camp spot and unloaded and the group went on and tackled BC 109
            Sonya, Daisy (Min Pin)and I just kicked back at camp and fought off the bees. It was relaxing. 8)
            I decided to wheel down to the riverbed and check it out.
            It felt good but being aired up and no skids I decided to go back up. The grand climbed good.
            the group came back after several hours we had lunch and reflected on the day. Everybody had fun and we plan to go back up and do it again.
            We were all home by 530 and no carnage.

                Nice pics. I love the way Xj's flex. Going to get me another someday or at least I can keep dreaming.
                BC109 is a great place to stretch out vehicles from stock to wild. Pick ur lines at will. Maybe next time I can catch this on time.
