• Trail Run: Big Bear Day of Trails

I finally got my jeep somewhat dialed in and I FINALLY got a weekend off. Its raining this week obviously but this weekend is forecasted to be sunny! which means no dust!

Looking to run as many trails as possible.

Looking to get up there relatively early and head out at sunset. Lets get some people together!!!!!!!!

You might have some snow to help keep the dust down.

138

Currently 138 Require chains unless you have mud and snow tires. Unless it snows some more by Sat. it should be wide open. Hwy 38 Has no restrictions. Now the trails might be a different story.

Just drove through BB today on the way back from the CB's, I moved a couple of rocks for a ne......trail. It looks like about 4 - 6 inches of new snow up there. Roads are open.

Sat Run

The Temps are suppose to get as high as 60. There is a possibility Kevin (brokenujoint) might have to work. I'm still going. Stopping in Redlands at the Family Rest on W Colton Ave Just off the 10 and Orange Ave around 8 for coffee and Pit stop. Taking 38 to the top and will meet up at the ARCO gas station
(Stanfield cutff and Big Bear Blvd.) at 9:30.
I don't know what Kevin's plans are but Gold Mountain is not too far and then we can take 3N02 to John Bull. Big Bear had about 6-8 inches of snow which most should be melted so it will probably be a little muddy. Kevin if you disagree jump in George (TDS SD)
