The top is suppose to be gone Friday, so that is a given I will be riding by myself on the trail. Time to put the windshield down!:thumbs_up

            Some random thoughts:

Those of you driving a long way to the meeting place, add a half hour to your driving time. It always takes longer than you think to get to Lucerne Valley!

Tonight is the new moon so it should be great for stargazing Saturday night. I suggest you bring a telescope or binacoulars.

It looks like it will be pushing 80 degrees over the weekend and that means the snakes will be out and about. Watch your step and if you have little ones or dogs, be extra vigilent.

Bring plenty of water & some fire wood.

            It's getting close now!

                Okay Geebo we will!

It's turning out to be a perfect weekend weather-wise!

Everyone going: I'm bringing my world famous 48" grill! There will be plenty of room on it for everyone's dinner!

Remember - 9:30 AM at the Valero Station we'll have a driver's meeting and then hit the trail!

I'm not excited, but I'm already packed!

I've printed out maps for everyone with the route layed out on it and some of the highlights marked.
