Trail Report: Crazy 8 Trail - Cougar Buttes

[COLOR="Blue"]Well we had a great run on the new Cougar Buttes trail today. After running the trail we decided on the name Crazy 8 - as the trail does a figure 8 shape.

The trail turned out to be plenty challenging and lots of fun. I miss-judged the amount of time to run the one mile trail. Instead of one hour it's closer to three hours. There is plenty to keep most on the edge of their seats on this one.

From there we ran a few added sections to the other existing trails out there as we headed back towards the Bullfrog trailhead.

The new bypass around the "tip over challenge" actually ended up being tippyer than the the "TOC". ....O well. So we ended up putting a bypass around the bypass. This was Fred's idea, so he got to go first.

Curtis hands down got the shot of the day on the "Ron's Choice" obstacle. I think I'll need some time to warm up to this one


We need to put together another run on these new sections soon.
