  • Trail Run: Cakewalk/Bullfrog

We're running Bullfrog or Cakewalk (not sure yet) on Tuesday March 16, 2010. It'll probably be three of us plus anyone that wants to join from MJR.

So far we have one TJ, one XJ and one WJ.

Meeting time will be 11:00 - 11:30am at HWY247 and Camp Rock Rd.

We will have a one - two hour lunch break as we light the grill. Feel free to bring anything you would liked cooked or heated up.

We will be taking our time and taking lots of photos as the WJ (my uncle) needs some photo action.

If you don't mind the long lunch break, feel free to join us.

    Thanks,

Looking forward to it buddy. On the menu is Ribeye on the grill with boiled potatoes on the side, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and grilled mushrooms. But I know you don't like that stuff huh. We're going to meet up at the Shell gas station around 9:30 off of Sierra and the 15. We can caravan from there

I'd like to join you if that's all right. I just spent a week down there for KOH but didn't get any wheeling in. Everyone I knew had brought buggies and my TJ wasn't up for their kinda fun. But it's a modded Rubi on 35's so hopefully I can keep up.

You'll be just fine with the rubi on 35's. See you Tuesday.

                      I don't see a problem. We've taken a Cherokee with a 3 inch lift and 32" tires through cakewalk.

I have a TJ with front and back open differantials and 33" tires...no problem.

It's all about how well you know your vehicle and the ability to manuever it.

We'll be happy to guide. No one gets left behind.

This sounds like a nice run. I wish I had time off to tag along. If you guys do some trails like this in the near future I would like to be a part of it. I'm knew to this area of trails only heard of it but, not to wheelin my rig. Have a good time.
