  • Trail Report: Bronco Peak 8-22-09

I had to be in Vista Ca. again on Friday, which was all the excuss I needed to run Bronco Peak again. I was joined by Kurt (Rat) and Drew (Drewminator).

By dinner it started to drizzle, which turned into light rain throughout the night and into the morning. By 8:30 it stopped, Drew showed up at 9:30 and we hit the trail.

Boy....sorry I missed that one. Still doing some post Dusy repairs/adjustments. Andrew........Jeep looks great and boy does it work! However, in all fairness it may not be a CJ-7 anymore. Looks and works kinda like a BJ-7 (BuggyJ-7). My modified XCL and coil-overs won't even come close.

Great video work! I can't wait to buy a real one...... That is a cool looking trail. I would have talked someone into taking me out there, but they tore their shit up on Dusy! Haaa.....

Seems to me Kurt needs himself a front locker in that fancy new front axle, watching him in the first video clip he should not have had any problem with that obstacle. Still did a very nice job worming through there

Kurt HAS himself a locker in that fancy front end. Ya have to remember to turn it on once in a while... But as BobO says, who needs a stinking locker anyway???

I have some video as well but I need a new firewire cable to get the damn thing loaded. Always something!

Shari just started using the video camera and is still learning.
