      Scott,

Thanks for the photo's. Looks like LeAnne is holding my Jeep up.
1 foot to the left on that rock and it would have been much more comfy. Great day.

        Mitch,
Looks like you guys had a great time. I have run heartbreak ridge in a stocker twice. The only bad spot is where you got "tippy." The first time I ran it with no problems, and the second time I got stuck (for the first time). The mine you couldn't find, was it on tip top mountain road?

          Chris,

The only one that I didn't find is about a mile n/w of the start of 2N90 Tip Top Mountain. Don't know anything about it other than it shows as a shaft and a tunnel on my Topo. Thats how I find most of these mines, just looking, wandering around, and hunting them down.

            Hey Mitch,

            That looks awesome!

It looks like I might be able to run the Scrambler through that if I carefully picked the lines.

I may want to try it before I fix my rockers and corners just to let everyone know how hard it would be with a bone stock long wheelbase Jeep.

It looks like it may be difficult, but still much easier than Cakewalk and Bullfrog.

Then again, I could be wrong!

            Thanks for the great report!

              Christian,

I'm always to the cautious side. I'm sure with a patient driver, a good spotter, and maybe a strap or winch it would be ok. But it is a Black diamond in that section. So jump in there and lets see how it works out. I think that it is easier than Cakewalk, which would be a Black Diamond if it had a rating. NO ONE LEFT BEHIND!

If Cleghorn doesn't bother you then 2n61Y is equal or slighty less challenging, definitely easier than Bullfrog or Cakewalk
It has only 2 or 3 spots that take a bit of work

Critter (Don Davison) and I were on that run with the Waywegos- it was great fun! Rain, hail, a lightning strike, what more can you ask for?

Sorry we missed you guys- we basically ran the same thing you did up from the opposite direction. We also went down to Horsethief earlier in the day.

                          Bruce,

It would have been nice to meet you guy's, but everyone from your group was over the side and down the hill putting out the fire. Good job and quick thinking! We will meet out there someday soon.
