I've never done Dishpan, and have this Sunday available. Anyone care to come along... Or rather, let me tag along?

Thanks DoubleOh. I'll probably catch you guys on the backside of JB. I'm definitely interested in doing Dishpan because I've never been on that one yet. After that, I'll probably head over to JB and run it in reverse.

Dishpan is not that hard you either go straight up the waterfall or you snake through there Hi9ghleft then hard right then left and across it'll make sense when you are there

That sounds 'bout right! in the rubi I'd try doing the fall, just lean forward in your drivers seat!

Definitely a good possibility for damage from dishpan in a stocker... the one area is very tight, tipsy, and going to be difficult in a stock rig.

I think a stock Rubicon will do just great. I've taken a stock 4 door Ruby through JB and he did fine, but his bumpers did touch from time to time. Might be a good idea to take off your plastic bumper covers, especially on the front.

I am leaving Yorba Linda at 8am with a buddy ('85 Taco), and heading up. I intend to be in Arrowhead before 10AM, so let's meet at the trailhead at 10, +/- 15 minutes or so.

here is a Google map link to the trailhead:
                      http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sour...48816&t=p&z=12

Here is the MJR page with GPS coords (west entrance):
                      http://www.myjeeprocks.com/reports/c...shpan_springs/

My cell is (949) 280-5710 and I'll be on FRS 21, and CB 21

                      Regards,

                      Nathan Woods

W'll be hitting JB in the afternoon after Dishpan. Probably be on the west entrance around 1pm?

Otherwise, see the thread above for the link to the trailhead for Dishpan.

Nathan, I'll plan to meet you guys at the Hook Creek trailhead spot at 10am. Does anyone know if that 76 station nearby is still open?

You guys should have a great day tomorrow. I just got home
(8:30pm) from spending the afternoon in Big Bear. I thought of the weater report of a couple of days ago, and it was wrong. No wind, beautiful day around 80' and blue skys. Have fun and take lots of pictures. I have previous Jeep plans otherwise I'd be there for John Bull.
