  • Cakewalk Trail

The dates for the run will be:
Saturday April 25th. Meet at Camp Rock Rd & Hwy 247 at 9:30 a.m.
Also Sunday April 26th. Meet at Camp Rock Rd. & 247 at 9:30 a.m.

Hey guys it's been awhile since the last JV run. I was wanting to get in at least one more run before it gets too hot out there.

Since most have run the Cakewalk trail, I was thinking
of runnunig it in the reverse direction this time - this will be a first. I can almost predict we will be doing the Hammerdown in reverse also.

Trails are rated DIFICULT - no stockers.

This is a busy time of the season for various runs everywhere. I was thinking April 18th or 25th or maybe May 2nd.

LMK what works best. Choosing a date is the hardest part of these trails.

    I'll confirm a date soon.

Whatever date you choose- please make it a sunday. I want to go, but saturdays are out with my two boys in baseball.

Jeez, with everybody wanting Sundays for wheeling, maybe Johnson Valley should be re-named "St. Johnson Valley".

Sounds like Sunday is working for everybody so far. I would like to make it out there again...especially running it in reverse. If I have that date open you pick!

Mike, is anymore of the Cakewalk marked?? I will be out there the weekend 2nd and third of May. Camping, quads & jeep, before it gets hot!

Some friends coming from San Diego area never done the Frog or any other trail there, would like to show around. I think Sunday works good for me too!

I'd love to join you on a Sunday. Sunday May 3rd works best for me and my wife. We could put Mr. Green's new TeraLow to a real test!

                              Roger, you crack me up.

You can count me in for Cakewalk. I haven't done that one yet.

There is a rumor that a small group might be going to Bullfrog this Sunday.
                              Check out .
