  • Trail Report: Jeep trails,,, lake havasu, az

The Roughwheelers went out for the annual month run to Lake Havasu, and we went and ran Rattlesnake, and Sidewinder trails. Incredible wheeling, with off camber areas and lots of waterfalls to navigate and climb up. The camping was great with even better weather. Here are a few pics we put together so you could enjoy.

I'd say that makes an Extreme rating! Tough looking trail.

Wow, I really admire this set up. I would love an AT.

In your beautiful rig, did you make it through unscathed? So many of those photos look like major rock rash to the sides and tops of the rigs.

        And talk about steep!

yes, except for a tiny scratch on the drivers door, one other jeep really shredded the soft top. I had to really climb the side wall. and I dont much care for off camber sections of a trail, but made it through with no problem, and had no mechanical breaks for 2 days of hard wheeling.
The AT is a very nice way to camp, really like it.

Do these trails start somewhere out of Standard Wash? If not, where? I'm going out there this weekend and again in Feb.
