How does Calico sound on Sunday? Breakfast at Peggy Sues 0900, leave for trail 0945. Would like to do the Mule Canyon cutoff over to Doran and down Odessa? I haven't been there since last year. Forecast is sunny, calm and mid 50's.

Anybody know how long it takes to get from devore to Hwy 247 and camp rock rd. Hwy 38 my usual way is chains only. And should I take bear valley to 247.

Curtis, if I remember correctly, it takes me approximent 50 min. from devore to the meeting place. From where I live it takes 1 1/2 hrs to get there. So as I pass Devore its almost an hour more to get there: normal highway speed..
And yes go up the 15, then right on bear valley rd., all the way to the 18hwy and veer to the right toward L.V. Hth.
