  • Organized Event: Women Wanted for "Expedition Woman" Training Course

My wife (Marni) is signed up for the Expedition Woman training course offered through Overland Institute (from the team behind Overland Journal magazine). There were 4 women signed up, 3 of them from the same company, unfortunately those three were forced to cancel due to something with their work.

We are now looking for other women to join this training event. It will not be canceled, even if my wife is the only participant, but it’s so much better when there is a group dynamic.

The training course is taught by a woman, and is being held in beautiful Sedona, AZ next weekend, Oct 10-12.

If you are interested in this, or if your wife might be interested, please let us know ASAP. If you are in Southern California, my wife could car pool together or caravan with you (my wife will be driving our LR3). Marni intends to sleep at a hotel on Thursday night and Sunday night in Sedona, and then camp with Kristina the instructor on the trail Friday & Saturday. Several of the meals are provided.

    Nathan Woods
