If riding motorcycles is allowed in that areas by the camp site I will take the toy hauler trailer out there and do some camping and my wife and kid can do some motorcycle riding too.

i always go to the tera del sol event every year its a lot of fun out there

Occotillo wells is right near there and is an open ohv area, for bikes ,quads you name it

Anyone got a map of the actual trail. I was looking at google maps satelite images and the Truck haven trail road is ral close to where we normally camp. Theres alot of things to do out there besides the trail. I went everywhere my buddy did and he was on a quad I had a blast running through the washes and goin up and down the hills.

I may be interested. I was considering FITD, but this is a little closer to home. I would prefer Saturday and some difficult trails. Let me know what you guys come up with!

Truckhaven is kinda unique. There aren't any real "trails" like you would normally find. You have to see it to understand...

Very true! It's just sort of a wide open area with a lot of hills and washes (small canyons) where you can really test the flex of your rig.

Anyone driving out Saturday AM? I'm right off Interstate 10 before you take Hwy 86 South. I know the approximate location, but I don't know exactly where this event is, so I'm looking for someone to drive down with.
