  • Coyote Flats - Big Pine to Bishop?

I am looking for info on a trail that runs from Big Pine, up to Coyote Flats, and eventually back down to Bishop. Anyone know the name or Forest Service route number for this trail? How about a trail status, there were big fires in the area last year...was it affected?

    TIA

from your description, and what I've read, it sounds like Baker Creek/Coyote Creek.
Forest Road 7S10 my information says.
I have no personal knowledge of the trail, but it's in alot of trail guides for the area.

I knew Gary had slid off the trail once but I didn't realize he was leading you guys through. You documented the mishap very well!

She was awake, she hiked the trail and she covers it very well…
