A MJR Chili Cookoff? Wow, now thats an idea. But that could make the trail run painful. There is a story behind this, but just to let you know, as a "Competition Chili Cook" with over 125 cookoffs under my belt, my team name is "RED ASS CHILI". Ouch!!! / Come on ice cream.

Im only going to say this once. We have a zero tolerance policy for drinking on the trail, this also applies to getting drunk and going on a night run. Our trails are forever in danger of being closed and having a bunch of drunk Jeepers making a mess doesn't help matters.

That being said, if anyone has a problem with this, don't bother joining us. In addition, if our mods/admin see anyone exhibiting the aforementioned behavior, we wont hesitate to ban said member. If it's a buddy of yours, not an MJR member, please keep track of your friends. I'd hate to hold you responsible for others actions.

Also, please PLEASE try to stay single file on the trail and don't stray from the pack, if possible. Alot of offshoots may not be legal and therefore we need to respect that.

We need to act as if the entire world is watching, because when we least expect it, they will be.

I'm in full support of this, there will be plenty of people driving any night runs so if you feel like consuming alcohol, there should be plenty of room to ride along with someone else on the night run. besides, sometimes it's fun to have passengers

Chris...SPOT ON MAN! I've not really seen any posts talking about drinking and then doing a night run...maybe some offline chatter? At any rate, I know that I'm not doing it and I wont be going with anyone that does. And yep...I'll say something to you if I see you doing it. There's no place for booze on the trail, either in the container or in your liver.
