Yeah, when I re-gear, I plan on letting her drive. That way it'll be an easy start in gear, and she can just let it crawl along.

Well she told me tonight that she has a party to go to. Boo Hiss Hiss.

As for spotting, she is usually only good for napping through the rougher terrain. Unbelievable...but when we start rollin, she starts snoring.

What finances? Gas? If you're heading out on Saturday morning, I'll roll with ya... not that it's possible for either of us to get lost going to Calico!

Gas pretty much. I'm going on a Mojave road trip next weekend and that's going to suck me dry for gas and food. But I'm thinking about going anyway, so I'll let you know, Saturday morning sounds good to me.

Jack in the Box... which, in turn, will replace the poop.

There's also the bathrooms at the RV park near the Ghost Town. It's a short hike if you're camping on the Doran side. A little bit longer hike if you're on the Mule Cyn side.

If you want to "rough it", you can really poop anywhere you want. It would make a great home for some sort of beetle. You know, circle of life... of crap.

We are going to have alot of people in the canyon and general area that weekend. Please pack it out. (ALWAYS pack it out in high-use areas.)
