I've never done a night run.

I tend to get a little more ballsey at night... probably because I can't see the sheer drops on the other side of boulders. All of the "stuck" shots and high-centers in my photo album are at night.

I vote for Nick bringing a bunch of NVGs. I have a monocular; kinda sucks tryin ta drive with though... Hell, lets do a shoot & loot at the Calico camp ground.... : )

yes i support this idea because apparently i seem to damage oil pans when i run at night with my lights ON, but damage nothing with them off.

I prefer the PVS-14...a monocular...you get better depth perception with the moon up and both eyes open.

Maybe we could rig up something with some duct tape, hanger wire... you don't have to worry about pulling your hair out right???

well, i have to say that i will not be able to make this event.
my wife and i will be in Jamaica at the time this is happening celebrating out 10th anniversary.
i tried to talk her into playing in the dirt, but the Jamaica trip won out.

be sure to post up lots of pictures.

as one of the founding members of MJR this is something i always like to attend, but this year it just wont work out. i'll be looking forward to the pics, and someone needs to be sure to make Sarah "cheers" a diet coke for posterity.

I know how you feel Erik. I wanted to attend IDTT 2007 last year but a trip to Hawaii was scheduled for the same time. Have fun, you will be missed. And trust me, we will be jealous of your trip.

You all have fun out there! I'll be in a parade that Saturday with my daughter (Swallow's Day Parade).

I do plan on being at Calico the weekend on March 15-16 (with my local club). If anyone is gonne be out there, let me know!
