  • Talk about a snow run...

There were no Jeeps this time, but man was there a lot of snow! I'm spending the holidays in Washington State with my family and freinds. The following pics are from Roslyn, WA. where my family worked coal mines in the late 1800's. Over the past thirty days there has been over 160 inches of snow, so we had to get out the snow mobiles and play.

    Right out the front door

Boozy the Snow man getting into it with a snow mobile

My cuz Gretchen an freind Debra

These guys came by for dinner

    lots and lots of snow

    Boozy says "Happy New Year"

I'll put up some more snow mobile action later,

    Kurt

22 degrees at night, 39 degrees in the daytime. You don't notice it because it's a dry cold...

I suppose you don't notice our 120 degree summers since it's dry too.
Looks like a great place to visit.

Looks like fun we are having the same type of winter here in crested butte co. except during those same days it was 27 below at night and 5 below during the day. Cold for working out side but still ok for snowmobiles and skiing. I didn't try and start the cj!
