Your participation is also encouraged at cleanup events in your area.
One such event is Santa Margarita River Watershed Clean Up being held
Saturday, Sept 20, 2003.
Volunteers are encouraged to join the effort. Please check in at 7:30
am at the ORTEGA COUNTRY MARKET/corner of Grand Ave. & Ortega Hwy.
(You do need to sign-up or you may not participate.) Then meet at the
"reserved clean-up site" at the intersection of Franklin and Ave. 6.
(This is at the base of the big hill, just North of Lake Chevrolet.)
Also known as the LE Grand Prix Course / Disaster Zone!
PUT OUT A CALL TO YOUR FRIENDS WITH HEAVY EQUIPMENT!
A couple of 4x4's equipped with winches are needed.

ROVE, Riverside Offhighway Vehicle Enforcement. Sheriffs Department.
