The workshop is to help people formulate a letter, not a group letter, but it will allow people to build on ideas from those in attendance. They are still working on the live stream, but IMHO thats the route I will go as well on Sunday, as I have jury duty starting May 1st. If you want to draft a well writen letter that has knock out power this seminar will help you do that, and the skills you learn will help you with other letter writing campaigns.

What: Two workshops will be held to teach enthusiasts how to write
effective comments on the proposed Marine expansion of the "29 Palms
Marine Air Ground Combat Center"
These classes are intensive and hard hitting, designed to teach
individuals the ins and outs of the NEPA process.
Background preparatory information will be provided to the participants
prior to the workshops, lunch and snacks will be provided.
