FYI. This was posted on another board. This obstacle course is being built in Ocotillo Wells SVRA by volunteers from the San Diego area:

It has been brought to my attention by State Parks that our obstacle course under construction in North Ocotillo Wells has been vandalized. The signs were torn down and sections of the fence have been destroyed. There is no reason for this type of behavior and if you hear of something please report it to the appropriate authorities.
This park is located next to the site of our annual HQ for TDS Safari. 31 acres have been fenced off. This course will be open to all at no charge. Completion date is approximately Feb 1st.[/COLOR]
