I've never been to truckhaven, but I've been to ocotillo wells a handful of times. What effect will this have on me, as an OHV user? I've seen a few people saying that people should go to the public comment meeting, but I'm not exactly sure why. Do I (we) lose land? Are we supposed to be "fighting"?

      Did I miss something?
If we aren't supposed to eat animals, then why are they made out of meat?

Looks like a good chunk of Truckhaven is going to become part of Anza Borrego state park which means limited use limited to roads only for that area as opposed to unlimited use wherever you want to go. Truckhaven is an awesome area for wheeling and it's being made smaller bit by bit

          Truckhaven

Meeting is at the Romona Community Center. Wed 10/6/10 at 6:30. 434 Agua Lane. While it is not the best we wanted to hear. This is the best compromise we could get. It is not final until the budget is passed. Some of the Legislators who will be termed out are those who support off roading and wiil have office staff at the meeting. There will also be SVRA staff there as well as members of the Borrego Fondation And Bo Neece from TDS. If this is not done it might take another 5 years if ever.

Well the propert was certainly divided in half. But looks like a fair deal. I have a map but where I'm currently at cannot post. Pehaps George will.
