HUngry Valley still closed?

Is the park still closed? I know that they closed the park the storms, but the site shows they would be assessing the situation on 21st. Anyone know? I have tried to call the ph # on site, but of course it is unmanned

No, a friend that runs Badlands off road adventures, was up there yesterday, lots of snow in the north end, lots of mud in the south end.
