Fire Restrictions: Due to extreme fire danger fire restrictions will go into effect July 1, 2008.
As of July 1, the only facilities exempted from fire restrictions are those that have a water system and a campground host. See order and exemption list below for specific information.
Restrictions can vary from forest to forest check with the local forest where you are traveling for their current restrictions. If you have questions regarding current restrictions on the Eldorado and their effect on your plans please check with any Eldorado National Forest office.
