Somebody beat me to it! Old Fart is exactly correct. Sarah would actually be able to explain the ranks and who can download what. I don't think they restrict any of that on here, so it should be downloadable.

GDB is a proprietary format for Garmin MapSource only so Sarah will usually use a fun tool (gpsbabel) to convert it to a more standard 'gpx' format which is essentially XML data describing gps tracks.

Not a super big deal, since we ran the trail this weekend and had no problem finding our way. Just thought it would be good to have a few coordinates along with me.
