Found this in a wash. Looks like they tried to use a chain come along to pull front ax back into align. All the arms were torn off. Guess they gave up and hiked out.

What could of caused this? Ya Mac Dog found the culprit. Dont drink while wheeling specially with those bugs in your beer!

Sort of funny. Theres no skid marks nada, sand wash was smooth...UFO dropped it

man that is crazy! my guess is that they didnt realize all the links were busted, and were driving it that way untill the front end just twisted out like that and they flopped!

The rig was pulled out Sunday. The owners were Marines from Camp Pendleton. Guess they will be tracked down for the cost of removal....

There wasnt any skids in the sand nothing Erik. Nothing on the dirt hills around it.

I was a bit concerned about it getting vandlized so I got a ranger on it. Funny, the ranger had to call a couple of tow comps to agree to drag it out.

Free parts? Thats really bad karma. Surly they were joking....
