yellow post camping ?

How hard is it to get a yellow post spot in big bear at the end of April. If I get the on a Sat in the a.m. will there be any open spots? Thanks for the help

I dunno about April, but if you don't go on a Thursday MORNING just about any time during the summer, you won't be getting a Yellow Post site.

Even in April, I wouldn't bet on getting one on a Saturday morning, but you might get lucky. We camp at Yellow Posts every summer, and it's fun to watch the Saturday morning "Yellow Post Shuffle" as troops of people drive around searching for an open one.
