Thats pretty crazy, but i cant help but think about iRobot when i see things like ASIMO and be glad that ill be gone before the robots go on a killing spree.

That is a pretty cool robot! I like how smooth the robot walked along with the hostess.. It seemed that he was able to follow the direction she was walking in... Thats pretty amazing.

It amazes me because I have taken AI classes during my undergrad studies and have worked with robotics. Making a robot walk has always been a very difficult task!

I hear that there is talk of making them run next, although the issue is more challenging because when you run, there is a moment when you are completely off the ground... at which point, your reference point (earth under you feet) is gone... but thats for the future...
