i need to rent an air compressor and impact wrench and i dont want to drive more than 30 minutes to pick them up. anyone know where i can rent these near my house? oddly enough the parts store doesn't have them, and home despot only has a (ridiculously expensive) compressor for rent.

When do you need it? You could possibly borrow mine if you want, just make sure you oil all the tools and throw a little more compressor oil in it, its a little low.

thanks allen, i'll keep you in mind as a last resort though...you live 1.5 hours from my house, each direction. make that 2.5 hours on the 10 freeway on a friday night...
