Could be. I ride with a lot of MExican nationals. There is a big off roading community down here. The majority are honest hard working folks like us.

They too would be a victim if they ended up with one. If caught they would go to prison and this has happened before even after purchasing them from auctions sponsered by US customs.

Some of rigs parts are stenciled per MX insurance laws to help prevent them from getting stolen. Much harder to sell the parts. Even if the stencil is ground off its labled stolen.
