I Got An Engine!

well... i have the new engine i'm pretty excited. i'll finally get to see what it feels like to drive on 6 cylinders! this tired old 225,000 mile engine will eventually be built into a stroker. (i hope) with some help from my friends! just wanted to share my excitement about my new score. this is a 98 tj eangine with 65,000 miles on it... "barely used"

Put new seals and gaskets and you are ready to drop it rght in.

well, i picked it up today from the shipper looks nice, and i cant turn the crank by hand like i can mine so it must have a bit more compression than the 60# mine has left in it.


here are a few pictures of it. now it is time to get to work! i am hoping to finish this transmission rebuild this weekend, and go right into the engine.
