Instead of using the [img] tag, use the [sized] tag.

When you insert an image, it looks like this, without the spaces:
[img] photoName.jpg [ /img]

So to have it resized when you post it, do this instead:
[sized] photoName.jpg [ /sized]

Or just take a look at (click 'edit') one of the posts I changed.
