No, I didn't sell the jeep. I sold the Dodge....and bought a BMW. Alot more fun than the dodge, easier to park, costs less to operate and maintain, and just plain "cooler" (except when stuck in traffic during the Tucson summer).

    Fun stuff....

olllllllo <--- If you can read that, roll me over!

Price is soon forgotton, quality is not.

Congrats, That is a good looking bike. I know exactly what you are saying about saving money. I bought my bike four months ago. The Jeep was running around 40 bucks a fill up every three days. The bike is about 12 bucks every three days and thats with premium gas. I already have 8200 miles on it. Poor Jeep feels neglected. Below is a pic of when my dad came out to California last weekend. We attended my Grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. When the party was done we cruized up to Mt Baldy and Azusa Canyon. One thing I do recommend if you haven't done so already is take the Motorcycle Safety Foundaton Safety Course. I thought I knew how to ride before I took the class and I was wrong. I really learned a lot. Plus a lot of insurance companies give discounts. Ride safe and keep the rubber side down.

Congrats on the bike. Looking to do the same thing now. Picked up an old 1975 ME100 Indian Dual Sport for my Girlfriend and am going to pick up something similar here soon. Something to just put around on untill we get comfy on the bikes.

Motorcycles are dangerous!! You have to be crazy to have one!!
But if you have twelve you should be alright.

Missing are the Harley and CRF450

              Sweet - ride
I've been looking at a Dakar myself. Not much difference between the two and 71 mpg!.

How do you like it - they come in a little heavy - 450lbs or so but a great ride.
